Toluca Lake

Toluca Lake is a gorgeous neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles located in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles County, 12 miles northwest of Downtown. The name was also given to a private natural lake fed by the Los Angeles River and maintained by neighboring property owners. Toluca Lake is very quaint, offers a cute downtown restaurant and bar scene and feels more like you’re not in the city, but in reality you’re only minute away. This neighborhood is great for established families that are looking for larger lot size and livable square footage.
